Flow running for more than 2 hours - How to check status

Hi,

I created an approval process flow which reads an Excel file with several columns including email address and sends out an individual email to the address listed in each row.    The Flow has been running for more than 2 hours and seems to be stuck on the "Apply to Each" step.   That is the only information I can see on the Run History page.   Is there a way to get more detailed status on the Flow to see why it is taking so long.   The Excel file contains roughly 350 records, I ran tests with about 100 records and the tests all completed within a few minutes.   Don't know whether the Flow is working or it's hung on some step.

Thank you,

Shahab

Is it possible to get a more detailed status on a running flow beyond what it shows on the status page?  Is MS able to see internals that aren't available to the public?

    Mabel,

Thank you for the response, is there some way to track the status of the Flow?  For example, to see which recipient the Flow is currently waiting on?  The input file I'm using for my Flow has 351 rows and when I go into the Run Historyof my Flow and click+expand on the "Get Rows" section the last entry shows row # 251.   The last response I have received is from row # 119.   Additionally, I have multiple accounts with the same AccountOwner email addresses.   These people have only received emails for one account and not others, even though they're listed right next to each other.

    Hi @Anonymous,

    Thanks for providing detailed information.

From the screenshot, the flow will get rows from an Excel table, then start an approval email to each account owner.

When using the action Start an approval, it won’t move on to the next action until the approvers submit a response. Besides, it won’t move on to the next approval request until the former approver submitted a response.

For your scenario, the flow will keep running until all the approvers give a response.

    Best regards,

    Mabel
