    @Eagle76

    Can you provide a little more detail?  For example, are you talking about an event in an Outlook shared calendar?  Are you talking about a SharePoint group?  An AD group?

    Hi @Eagle76 ,

    Could you share more details on the issue?

    What do you mean by Event? Is it an Outlook event?

    About the new members, have they been added into your organization?

    Do you want to forward the event via email?

    Please share more details so that we could help figure out a flow for your scenario.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    Hi Everybody,

    Thank you for your Answers, I am talking about Outlook Calendar. I have a Group at O365 (All Colleague).  For Example my scenario:

    I created a recurring meeting with my HR E-Mail. We have got every Friday "Staffing Call" and a few reminder. These are my existing Events or Meetings. If a new colleague starts, I want this colleague to make these meetings automatically. I've tried Events Update. But this is not the solution I want. I want to the existing Meetings or Events forward to only the new Colleague.

    Regards

    Eagle76
