How to add an "All" option for a drop down list?

So I have a list of items in my screenshot, at the moment I can only view records that are of a specific item (if selected from drop down). What I am wanting to add is an "All" so every record can be found. How do I add/create this to my drop down list? Hi @wja9473 ,

A bit hard when you have redacted everything and not included any code, but assuming you ave added "All" to your Combo Box Items, the Items of a Gallery would be

Filter( DataSource, ComboBox.Selected.Value = "All" || FieldName = ComboBox.Selected.Value )
