How to sync my two OneDrive for business' accounts files using flows?

1. I want to copy all my data from my primary OneDrive for business account to my secondary account. Is it possible?

2. And also I am trying to sync my new data that will be added and the data that already exist in the primary account together with my secondary account. So, if the data (folders, files) in the primary account are deleted, edited, altered, these changes must affect the secondary account.

But I need something more complex, I think. Could you help me? Truly, I know nothing about Flow... I have just learned about it today.

Its probably possible to do this, but given the timing limitations and throttling on such a transfer I don't think Flow is the right tool, nor is it feasible. When you can sync both locations to your desktop using OneDrive Sync why do you need to sync between them?

I want to have a backup of all my data, but I have not enough disk space on PC to copy files manually from one OneDrive account to another.
