Get Response details returns null

Good day

I Have a ms flow which is calculating a score obtained on a ms form quiz and generate a pdf certificate based on the score obtained. My problem is the when a new response is submitted the flow is triggered as expected but each field in the response is returned as null. So the score is not calculated.

Any idea on what I could be missing here?

Hi there. What does the flow look like? It might be that it's treating the numbers as a string and making the math part freak out.
