Flows no longer visible or working - Error Message when Testing

I am a beginner on this so please explain this to me like I am 5. I looked around at many solutions, however none of them make sense to me because the responses were answered in what seems to me like another language. I have seen solutions stating to make sure you're in the default environment (i dont know what that means and the flows worked before), and even removing / re-adding flow in the form / redo sharepoint connection (which I dont know what that is referring to or how to do that either).

The Problem

  • I have made numerous Flows, both automatic and instant. They were all working with no issues for a couple of weeks.
  • Many of my flows run from Microsoft Lists some from Microsoft Bookings. Today however, when I click on an item on my list and click on Automate at the top, no flows appear. When I right click on the item and however over Automate, it just shows the spinning wheel.

When I try to test from the environment, it gives me the error, "

Request to Azure Resource Manager failed with error: '{"error":{"code":"InvokerConnectionOverrideFailed","message":"Could not find any valid connection for connection reference name 'shared_teams' in APIM header."}}'"

I am not sure what to do. These Flows are very important for our processes to run efficiently, as everything is very manual at our organization without them.

Thank you in advance!

Re: Flows no longer visible or working - Error Message when Testing

There seems to be a Microsoft List Error in which Microsoft Lists is not communicating to Power Automate. My organizations' IT Team is reaching out to Microsoft to look into that issue. I was able to work this out with them and this was the Solution.

    • Instead of launching Flows form the Lists App, Navigate and open the SharePoint App
    • Click on the Site where your lists live
    • Click on Site Contents
    • Navigate to your list and open your list
    • Flows are available through this view
