iOS crashes yet Samsung Galaxy with same Canvas doesn't

Hi

 

I have a simple canvas using the Barcode reader and saving the scans to a collection.  We had 10 users using the app on the weekend with a combination of Iphone and Samsung Galaxy's. 

 

The issue we faced is every iPhone user experienced constant crashes in the App however users with Samsung Galaxy's did not experience any crashes.

 

Hoping someone can help me diagnose the issue? I have recreated the crash this morning with session ID 49904ddd-b89e-4f1b-b629-ead5370d2576.

    Hi , @nperrott 

    According to your description, Your problem is between devices. For your problem, you need the phone log to analyze the problem.

     

     I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure. The engineer can remote connect to you to try to check the issue.
