Manage email list sharepoint

Hi I've got 2 mailing lists held in sharepoint.  The sp list simply holds a person field.

When I send an email to everyone in the list I would like to add a link.  The link would allow them to email back to remove them from the list.  I was not sure on the solution here.

Equally is there a way to automate the adding of a person.

I did have 2 forms created but I'm not sure on the best solution here.

Can any one point me in the right direction please

Thank you

    Hi @Pcanimal ,

Do you want users to decide whether to delete their own item by clicking on a link in the email?

Maybe you could try to use the Send email with options Action.

I have made a test for your reference.

    1. Here is my SharePoint list.

Hi thank you so much. I think this is close. How would I add this to an existing email.  I've got an email function which sends an attachment to the user with some formatted text like date time and reference number.   Would that still be possible with your routine?

    Thank you for your help

    Hi @Pcanimal ,

Maybe you could try to click the 'Show advanced options', then you could add the Attachment.
