Issues searching flow run history

Hello.  I have a flow that can run 30-40 times a day.  When there is an issue, I may have to scroll several pages down to get to the date I need, and then when I pick one to view and it's not the right one and I back out, it takes me all the way back to the top of the history list.  There is no "next" button in the flow run to go to the next one.

So I finally noticed that I can add columns from SP to my flow history.  So I added the two ID columns I need to make it easier to find the ones with issues.  The problem with this is after I scroll down to about the 3rd page, those columns I added will no longer populate as shown here:

I know there is a feature to export the flow runs into a CSV file, but that format doesn't help me see what the problem is.  I need to see the GUI.  I also found where I can add a step in my workflow to populate a FlowHistory SP list with links to each flow run.  That's really going to help going forward, but I need to fix this issue that happened in the past.

Any ideas on why those columns won't populate after scrolling down?  I even tried waiting a bit before hitting "Show More" in case it needed to "catch up", but that didn't work, either.

Thanks!

Patricia

    Hi,

When you say the past, do you mean that ran before you made the change to add the columns?

If that is the case, I don't think it will populate that for pre-runs.
    Cheers

I think it's an issue with the interface.  It's pretty consistent that when I click Show More twice, then it stops populating the added columns... regardless of the run dates.  Right now, yesterday's runs have been pushed down and I can't see the columns for those, but I could yesterday when they were near the top of the run list.  And if I scroll back up, I can't see any of that data that I just saw before clicking Show More.  Hopefully that makes sense.

    100% sure does

Im not confident in this but if you try a different private/incognita browser (Chrome or Edge) clear cache etc.

    Try 1 last time

I would definitely open a ticket. I am wondering if the extra processing with the Process Analysis...

So sorry this is happening totally a bad time for sure.

Viewing it in a private browser window didn't help.  Still the same behavior...  when I click "Show more" twice, the new column data doesn't populate.  I'll contact our central I/T to open a ticket with Microsoft.  Thanks!!
