Multiple Sharepoint List to filter a Gallery

Hi,

Can someone please help me out.

Scenario:

I have 2 SP:

SP1-Project Assignment & SP2-Ticket w/ Status

I have a gallery and Counter (similar with service desk template😞

Gallery is filtered by Ticket Status ( Item is from SP2 )

Counter counts the number of ticket w/ particular status. ( Item is from SP2 )

Currently, it is working however it is only filtered by Ticket Status. I am trying to figure out how can I filter the gallery based on Project Assignment from SP1 and its Ticket Statusfrom SP2.

Hoping someone can help me out 🙂

Could you please share the relationship of the two lists mentioned here?

If there is no relationship between those two lists, then filtering should not work.

Hi @v-micsh-msft,

There is a relationship between these 2 sharepoint list. They both have Project Title and Project Assignment. I am currently using below code for the gallery however I need also to filter the gallery by ticket assignment which is maintained in SP1 (Project)

Filter(Ticket,Status.Value=StatusValue)

Thanks for the update.

It would be much appreciated if you could share more details about the Two lists relationship.

If here you would like to filter with the Assignment status, then the formula should be changed to:

Filter(Ticket, Status.Value=StatusValue, ProjectTitle in Filter(SPI1, ProjectAssignment.Value=AssignmentValue).Project_Tile)

As I am not sure about the details of your two lists, here only offers the probable formula.
