Hi,
I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but I'm trying to set up an approval Flow and I saw in the "Details" field that markdown is supported and details are mentioned here: http://aka.ms/approvaldetails.
When I try to configure my details using markdown as seen in the screenshot the # adn ** charaters appear just like normal. Is there anything I should be doing to make this work?
.
I seem to still get a group of clumped wording not separated as in your screen shot. I'm not certain why my details are still jumbled together.
Yes you can use HTML - see the screenshot.
Can you use HTML?
Markdown is not accepted in the "send an email" Outlook Flow action, but does work (mostly) in the Approval action.
I'm also having the same issue when using markdown in sending emails...
Revisiting this thread since I've recently discovered an issue with markdown from Flow. Has anyone been able to get the table markdown working as described here? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/approvals-markdown-support
I copied each of the formatting examples from the documentation link above, but the table doesn't work.

Thank you for the response! It was definitely the space between the # and ** that tripped me up.
Hi @bynumhoekstra,
Could you please share a screenshot of your issue?
I have made a test on my side and the Markdown works well within my Approval email. My flow's configuration as below:The flow works successfullly as below:
Please make sure that there is a space between the hash character # and the text (it is "Spot Bonus Request" on your side) you want to decorate.
Best regards,
Kris
