Good day

I need advice on whether the below action in Power Automate, or workflow in Teams is actually feasible.

We have a Teams group in our organization, and we collaborate on a document which serves as an activity tracker.

I want to automate updating the dashboard based on when a customer sends a email with a new purchase order.
The Activity Tracker Orders portion is a table with a fixed field A3:H31.

When a new mail arrives, I want to respond to the mail, and this part in Power Automate is working.

From the subject of the mail I want to extract 'Gezina005066' and insert it in the next available cell in column B. In the adjacent column A the current date.

I've have tried add a row, update row and I'm not getting any success.
I'm also struggling with my expression.

Step 1 and 2 is working. Trigger and response.

Any assistance or guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Regards
Eugene

I think the blank rows in your table are the source of your problem. Remove the blank rows (6:31) and see if that resolves the issue. You probably need to move the formatted cells below the table somewhere else as well.
