How do we track Outlook Emails in Activities?

I have a flow which sends out an outlook email with an attachment made from template.  Since the memo attachment is a payment document, I want to have this email be tracked in the Activities for the account.  The desired outcome would be to have the email and attachment tracked.  

Is this possible?
