I have a variety of flows that connect to Cognito Forms. The trigger is always 'When a new entry is created'.

At the moment, the flows all still work but I cannot edit or update any of them.

In the Flow Checker I get the error:

Inside the trigger I get the error:

error 2.png

When I'm inside the flow, it says the connection is broken. However, when I view the list of connections, it says they are all connected.

A large part of our operations rely on these flows so any help would be massively appreciated.

Experiencing the same and this also is a large part of our operational workflows.

I also contacted Cognito Forms and they are also investigating the issue as it may be something on their end. If I hear anything more, I'll let you know 🙂

I received a message back from Cognito on this error.  It is a known error and they are working on a fix.  This morning I tried again, both using Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome to see if I could screenshot the error in both browsers.  Chrome appears to be working well for this.  Edge is still providing the same errors.  I would suggest trying this in Chrome to see if that solves your issue.
