Word template doesn't populate with Form values, just "obj".

I have a flow that is working (officially). I'm using Form details to populate a MS template and save it as a file in Sharepoint. The test flows run smoothly, however, when I open the .docx file, the template elements only say "obj", instead of the actual value I put into the Form.

How do I get the values from the Form to show up in the Word Template? They are assigned correctly in the flow:

Could you post a picture of how you have your flow set up? The only hard part here is assigning the dynamic values of the form into your template... unless there's something else out of place. With a picture I may be able to help you further. 🙂

I have the same problem. I made a table but only see OBJ. Can someone help me?

Same issue.. Mapping with item()?['Value'].. strange thing is the one field shows up in the word doc.. but all others are "OBJ"s
