Hi!

I need help with my recently signed-up account.

After successfully signing-up, I always get the error message below.

Please let me know if you need more details from me to proceed with checking this. Thank you!

We can't get that information right now. Either try again or check our support page to see if there are any known issues.

    Hi @albertginete :

I suggest you try these methods and check whether the problem has been solved:

    • Check if you have the corresponding license (trail/per app/per user……)and ensure that they have not expired
    • Clear the browser cache and restart the browser
    • Use another browser(MS Edge/Chrome/Firefox)
    • Use other equipment

Finally,if the problem cannot be solved, I suggest you create a support ticket.

    Best Regards,

    Thanks for your response @v-bofeng-msft!

Here are the results of your suggestions:

    • Check if you have the corresponding license (trail/per app/per user……)and ensure that they have not expired
      • I confirm that I have a free license assigned and active
    • Clear the browser cache and restart the browser
      • Performed this but still encountered the same issue
    • Use another browser(MS Edge/Chrome/Firefox)
      • Performed this but still encountered the same issue
    • Use other equipment
      • Not able to test using another device

Another test I did was to access powerapps using a known working account - I am able to access it using that working account.

As an additional info, the account which is not working is a user created in azure using Azure Active Directory.

Do you guys have any more recommendations? I'm unable to create a support ticket due to the current subscription that I have.

    Regards,

    Albert

    Hi @albertginete :

I think this has nothing to do with whether the user was created in Azure Active Directory. Because users created in AAD will eventually be synchronized to O365.

I suggest you check the following points:

1\Could you find this user in the active users list of O365 admin center.

    1.PNG

2\Check if the user have a power apps trail license , something like "power app trail"

3\Maybe there is some delay, you can check if the problem has been resolved after a period of time.

    Best Regards,

    Bof
