Adaptive Card to Teams "Unable to reach app. Please try again."

Hi all,

I have problems with the Adaptive card in Power Automate.

When I make a request and try to approve/reject it gives me "Unable to reach app. Please try again."

I have tried to make a new "simple" adaptive card, with only a manual trigger, and it gives me the same error.
The exact same "simple" adaptive card is tried on another Tenant - and there it works perfectly.
I can see someone else is also having this issue. But I can Only replicate on this specific tenant - have tried 3 others.

What could possibly be wrong with this Tenant?

Any idea of what to do?

I want to add - that it has been working fine in the past.

    Hi @Zaulich,

How do you set the adaptive card? I tried on my side the action but not find the same issue.

As a workaround, you could try to use the Create an approval action + Post your own adaptive card as the Flow bot to a channel action. Annotation 2020-07-01 154426.jpg

    Sorry for the late reply!

I found out that the issue was happening due to misconfiguration in Microsoft teams.

The current policy doesn't allow Microsoft apps, which apparently is a regurement, for replying to the Flow Card
