Office 365 Outlook connection fails after a few months

I have a 365 Outlook connection that is setup on a flow, used to send out emails. It works fine until it doesn't. The first time I set it up, the flow worked for a couple of months until it started failing due to the 365 Outlook connection. It seems that the outlook connection may have some sort of expiry perhaps? I have fixed this connection and even added new ones several times, but after a while the connection to outlook goes out and I get the error "Can't sign in. Fix connection".
Is there a way to prevent the connection from failing or perhaps set an alert that will notify me once a connection in my flow fails?

@TiagoSa  you can refer to this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/triggers-troubleshoot?tabs=classic-designer#verify-connections
