Cant get it to activate automaticly!

I'm working with the automatic if a file gets created in folder. When I'm testing. It works fine! but when i save and the flow should be running. It doesn't do anything when I add a file in one drive. I checked, rechecked tried again and again. It just doesn't work, But when i'm testing everything works just fine!
 
Any one got a clue?

    How long do you wait when you put it in production? It can take 5-10 minutes for the flow to trigger after the file is created.
     
    Also, how are you creating the file?  If you are doing it programmatically that may be bypassing the trigger.
