Use Sharepoint List field to populate the recipient email field

I have built a sharepoint workflow for new employees.  I need to populate the "TO:" field with a prepopulated list item (employee's email address) to send the email.

    Hi @wiredup,

     

    I have made a test on my side and create a list with a Person type column employees as below:

    You could refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

    The flow would run successfully to send the emails as below:
