Can I use one flow for different MS Forms?

I am using MS Forms to submit a form request and power automate to take that in and create a record in dataverse.  I want to accommodate for dev/test/production Forms and use a single flow to take in those forms.  Is that possible? If not what are my alternatives?

@bpw You wouldn't be able to use the When a New Form is Submitted Trigger as that trigger requires you to select a form.

You could turn on the Sync all responses to a new workbook in each of your forms. However, you'd still have to create a flow that would check the workbook for new responses. You'd most likely need to use a Recurrence trigger.

You would also need a way to track which rows have been added to Dataverse. This would mean you'd need to add a column to the Excel table to store a value that indicates the data has been added to Dataverse.

How many forms do you have?

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @bpw,

Alternative way, one flow with "When new form is submited" per form. Those receive data and transform them into an object to be send to a child flow which manage Dataverse record creation.

So, in a solution, you'll have four flows, one for each form and one called by previous ones.
