[user uuid] does not have a service plan adequate for the non-Standard connection

I have a Microsoft Flow that has been running for several weeks successfully, and is still working--it was last updated a week ago.

When I went to edit the Flow yesterday I was unable to save the Flow; it would prompt with the error, "[user uuid] does not have a service plan adequate for the non-Standard connection". I looked at the licensing of the Flow and it is "Per-user plan". Something seems to have changed in the past week; and I am not certain what the next steps to take to determine the User from uuid; and is there a licensing change required, or have I hit a bug related to the changes from Microsoft Flow to Power Automate?

If I try to do a "Save As" on the flow to create a copy of the Flow I get the same error.

Thanks,

Pete Gordon

This was also posted to Power Apps forum, and they requested I post here.

The HTTP web service call is a Premium connector unless the call is specifically to SharePoint, and there is a specific action for that. That call has been Premium since the beginning of the year, but wasn't always enforced by the software.  I believe the code is now being deployed to catch those things. You will definitely need more than Office 365 seeded licensing to cover this flow.

The flow is triggered by "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)". It does an HTTP Web Service call; it also creates and sends an email; and it moves the original email to a shared folder using the ID of the folder. And, there is a bit of WDL logic in there, transforming JSON, checking values, etc.

The flow was created October 7th, it was last modified November 12th. It is now not able to be modified, as of, at least Tuesday, November 19th, when I first noticed it.

To make things worse; I started getting repeat failures from the flow yesterday ("object not in store") for attempting to move the email Message ID and I am needing to research that issue; while also trying to address this "User Service Plan connection". I am trying to locate the admin for our O365 to submit a support ticket, to first address this "User Service Plan connection" issue.

If there is a way to submit a support ticket without an admin account, please make me aware of how to do that.

    Thanks,

    Pete Gordon

Im encountering the same error for a flow that was created last week. Any change in the recipient for the email being sent in the flow will produce the error. The flow was created from the "Email me a weekly summary of Office 365 service health notices" template. Im opening a ticket for the issue now.

Some of that depends on when the Flow was created and what connectors it is using.  There was a licensing change on Oct. 1.  I suspect code to enforce that licensing change is starting to roll out to production now.  If the flow was created prior to Oct. 1 then it should be grandfathered in until next October.  If it was created after that and uses premium features you may just be hitting enforcement of the change announced on October 1.

Can you provide some additional details on when the flow was created and what it does?

I would suggest a support ticket on this one.
