Populate a word document template "Image is not of type PNG or JPG"

Hi All,

Kind of not understanding at all why the populate word document is not working. Have setup picture content control and everything. Gotten the file contents straight from the JPG file on Sharepoint and its still not recognising it.

Any ideas would be great.
