Hi Power Automate Masters!

I need help to create a flow that:

when a new mail arrives
extract text from body of e-mail
retains specific data from the body of the email to the appropriate columns in the Excel file, ex. Name
some field can be empty

Below example of e-mail:

Name: John Walsh
Phone number: 999999999
E-mail address: email@gmail.com

Car model: Golf IV
Location: VW London

Question: I'm interested new model of Golf IV
