Holiday application Flow - Wrong Time Zone (Zulu Time instead UCT + 1hours)

Hey guys,

I have the following problem when using Microsoft Flow:

I have created a flow to process vacation requests, the flow itself works fine.

But the problem arises when the approval request is issued and the subsequent notification mail is sent to the employees ,whether the request was approved or rejected.

There the requested times are not displayed correctly, for example from 04/27/20 0:00 o'clock to 04/30/20 0:00 o'clock, but instead the approver is shown 04/26/20 22:00Z o'clock to 04/29/20 22:00Z o'clock.
The Zulu time is always displayed.

In the calendar where the item is added, there are also 2 hours too low.
The correct time zone in SharePoint, Outlook, Windows and Power Automate App is everywhere UTC +1.00 hours Amsterdam, Berlin...

Thank you very much in advance for your solution hints.

Take a look at the Convert Time Zone action (there are also concert time zone expressions).

You'll want to convert the times before putting them in your email.

    Thanks for your answer,

i converted the time in the regular timezone.

But the mail to the approver is still in the false timezone like before.

How can i handle it, that the converted time is also in the fields/items of the mail? E.g. Von (from) or Bis (till)

    Thank you!
