About displaying environment selection on the screen

The environment selection on my PowerApps screen shows one environment, but the environment selection on the PowerAutomate screen shows two environments.
It seems that the conditions for displaying the environment are different between PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
Does anyone have any information about the difference in environment choices display conditions?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @hyonta

Not sure whether it is due to incorrect roles assignment.
