Guest user cant acces the shared canvas app

Hi All,

We have created a canvas app and shared with in our organization it works perfectly alright.

But when i shared that app with a guest user of my tenant they are not able to access it.

It is failing with the attached error on connections while accessing it (The are data permissions, i believe)

I have made sure that the guest user is assigned with E3 license & powerapps plan license.

Kindly let me know if any additional information is required.

Thank you

Harish

As far as I can tell you've done everything correctly.  You may have to open a support call with Microsoft to get this resolved.

    Hi @Pstork1 ,

    Thanks for your response.

I am the admin of the tenant, External Access & Guest access is enabled on our tenant level.

I have assigned the powerapps license to the user, its a test user, i have also assigned E3 as well.

Attached the snips for your reference.

Kindly let me know what further we can do to fix it.

    Thanks,

    Harish

Ask you admin what the external user and guest settings are for Teams in your environment.  The error is suggesting that external user needs to have a Teams login to work with the app.  They will also need to have a Power Apps license either from their tenant or yours.
