API Error - Sharepoint Lists - Flow intended to update Field B if Field A is a specific value

We use Sharepoint lists to track testing issues from our customers. We have an Issue Status field and an Owners field on each item, I am looking to create a flow that changes our Owner Field to a specific person when the Issue Status field is changed to a specific value.

Specifics of those columns:

Flow:

The Since is Trigger Start Token

The Until is Trigger End Token

Compose and Condition:

If Yes logic attempting to update the Item's Owners field:

Error when manually testing flow
