Power Automate flow fails with Null error even though using @coalesce function.

My flow fails with error when I receive email without CC recipient.
My condition uses coalesce function when check CC address with contains.
What do I need to change in my if condition?

    I swear I don't mean this to be smart alec, but can you actually ready that small fonts when you look at what you posted? I am wondering if it's me lol
     
    You seem to be passing '' which is just empty, if your input is NULL you are supposed to pass something, I don't see you even passing a space, just an empty string.
     
    Change that to actually be a value.
