Hi, using a Dataverse DB, I would like to pull the data from the "Findings" column from a row named "ABC123" under the "Control" column with a logical name of cr7d7_controlidentifier.

Any insight would be appreciated!

If I understood correctly, you can use a "List rows" action, with the following filter query: cr7d7_controlidentifier eq 'ABC 123', like in the example below.

To access the value of the "Findings" column and assuming that only one record will be retrieved by the table after filtering it by "Control = ABC 123", you can use this expression: first(body('List_rows')['value'])?['LOGICAL_NAME_OF_FINDINGS_HERE']

If you are not familiar with expressions in Power Automate, refer to this blog: https://digitalmill.net/2024/02/27/writing-expressions-in-power-automate/

If you are expecting multiple records, you can simply iterate the List rows result with an Apply to each loop (learn more here, if you're not familiar with loops) and access the "Findings" value via dynamic content.

Let me know if it works for you or if you need any additional help!

Appreciate the insight.  Ultimately I would like to populate a word document and others with the value under the column cr7d7_details for the row value of ABC123 under cr7d7_controlidentifier.  How would I do that?
