Forms moved to Group no longer receive dynamic content

I am preparing to leave my current company and I have moved all of our on-boarding and off-boarding forms to our group from my account. Now when forms are submitted and a flow is triggered it fails because the dynamic content is no longer linked 😖.

How can I resolve this? I am open to all options and suggestions.

Check to make sure that moving them to different accounts as owners didn't break the connections.  You may have to switch the accounts on the connections and reset the dynamic content.

This is definitely what happened. The flows are no longer owned by me and the connection is to my Microsoft Forms account. The forms however do not live within another account but within a group which I do not believe you can sign-in with to create the connection.

If sharing the form with the group doesn't work, then your only real choice will be to recreate the forms in that other location and then change the forms ID that the flow points to.
