Read data from a cell from excel in a loop

I want to read email addresses stored in a table in an excel, and to each email ID, I want to send a unique pdf attachment. I am unable to create this functionality on power automate. So to break the problem down:

1) Read email ID from excel

2) Send a attachment to that email

3) Repeat

How can I achieve this in power automate?

There are multiple ways to add unique attachment. So i am not sure on what bases users will get the unique attachment and where it will be hosted. Based on that i can give you a complete solution.

Hi Rahber,

There is a folder with a number of pdfs. I need to pick first email id and send the first pdf in the folder, then pick the next ID and send it the next pdf and so on..
