Connecting my SalesForce with Azure DevOps

Hi,

Brand new to Flow and my first question in this group.

I would like to integrate our salesforce with Azure DevOps so that the ticket in salesforce flows as a Azure DevOps bug and there are bidirectional updates between these two systems.

Are there any commercial / out of the box solutions already available for this? How easy/hard would it be to make and maintain one?

Thanks,

We had exact same requirement as yours - creation of bug from salesforce.
But before providing suggestion read my answer fully.

Regarding Security: I will strongly recommend leveraging an AppExchange-approved solution over third-party integration. AppExchange, as you may know, rigorously evaluates and approves applications based on stringent security standards.

Regarding Development: It appears that there is no ready-to-use connector available for your specific needs, As an efficient alternative I recommend exploring the available options on the AppExchange and evaluating their compatibility with your requirements.

My Suggestion: We had exact same requirement as yours - creation of bug from salesforce. also we where looking for a no-coding solution with affordable pricing.
After tested several options finally concluded this app from AppExchange called ADL Connect - because of its serverless architecture.

You won't need to invest in additional servers, reducing complexity and cost while maintaining a high level of security compared to any third party software.

Re: Connecting my SalesForce with Azure DevOps

    Hi,

We are trying to do the same - create a new bug item in Azure DevOps for something that is triggered as a customer reported issue in Salesforce. Once the bug is fixed in the code, report back to Salesforce with the build number it is fixed in.

What is the solution to the posted question? There is no suggested details other than try "microsoft flow".

    Thanks!

    Hi @asaxena ,

Could you please explain more details about your requirement?

I suggest that you could take a try with microsoft flow to establish a two-way update between SalesForce and Azure DevOps.

    Best regards,

    Alice
