URI mismatch error for applications with specific region

I've created an environment in Germany to adhere to the GDPR there. However, whenever a user tries accessing an model-driven application published there, they get the URI mismatch error. I see that the URL in the PowerApps Admin portal does not match the one in the URL. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Treat this as an Entra authentication configuration problem first.

Get the exact Client ID + redirect URI from the error, identify the corresponding App Registration, and compare the URI character-for-character.

Microsoft specifically recommends using the Application ID from the error to locate the correct App Registration before changing redirect URIs.

If the URI being sent is genuinely wrong rather than merely missing from the registration, the correct fix is to correct the application/environment configuration,

not just add another redirect URI.
