Form to Planner with optional attachment - flow failed

Hi, is anyone to help please? I've followed videos to set up a flow that takes information from a form and creates a planner task. There is an optional attachments field. Everything is working (attachment is saved in sharepoint / messages shows in Teams / Planner task is created) except the attachment isn't attached to the planner task. I had a similar flow working previously and the attachments showed as a link on the planner task. This randomly stopped working mid April and I don't know why.

I've attached a screenshot to show the error message. Really grateful for some help. thanks

    Hi @Griff1 ,

The error message indicates you assign wrong type of value to the array variable.

Would you please share a snap of your flow's overview for further check?

    Best regards,
