I use an automatic dialer system, usually in Chrome. Don't worry I'm not a telemarketer! When I call clients, I click a button, type in the clients first name, paste a message, click save, then click next.
If power automate could help me with this it would save me several seconds per call, 100 plus per day, 5 days per week. In addition, sometimes a distraction comes up between those couple of steps. For example, my latest distraction was day dreaming about how I might automate this in the future and that lead me to here. :0)
Not sure if Power Automate can help but I hope so! Automate processes on a webpage.

I would explore a bit further Power Automate Desktop. You can replicate your actions and then trigger the Flow always to get the information correctly.
