Create a chat in teams by a flowbot.

Hello, I am trying to create a chat when an item is added in a sharepoint list. I have done this successfully, but it sends all of the chats from myself and then I end up in the group chat. How can I get it from a flowbot or just a workflow account?

To have the messages come from your workflow account, make sure it is the primary owner of the flow. Then create a group chat using the primary owner's/workflow account with the people in the chat. You'll then be able to choose the chat from the drop-down under Group chat.

Do you know how to change the primary owner? It says it won't let me because it isn't a solution flow.

    You have two options:

    1. If you can use solutions:
      1. Go to the solution where you want to add the flow.
      2. From the menu choose Add existing > Automation > Cloud Flow
      3. Click the Outside Dataverse tab
      4. Select the flow and press Add
      5. Open the flow in Details view and click Edit under Details.
      6. You can then change the owner.
    2. If you cannot use Dataverse, open the flow.
      1. Click Export > Package (.zip)
      2. If you don't have this option, do a Save As. It will then usually let you export it to a ZIP.
      3. Then import the with the account you want to use as the owner.
