Using SharePoint calculated field to trigger an email

I use a SharePoint List to track employee certifications and am looking for a way to send automated email reminder to the responsible manager of the employee 60 days before the certification expiration.  I have columns for manager and certification date, then I have a calculated column for date and review required date.  I also have a calculated field (Yes / No string) if review required is greater than "Today".  The Power Automate process in the attached photo is what I have so far, but it does not work unless a manual change is made to the certification date, triggering the calculated columns.  Any help is appreciated.

    Hi @TomSanders ,

You could create a schedule flow runs one time a day to filter out the records whose 'certification expiration' is greater than or equal to startOfDay(addDays(utcNow(),60)) and less than startOfDay(addDays(utcNow(),61)) .

    Best Regards,

    Bof
