Power App Pie chart based on columns not items

Hi

 

This is the beginnings of my app that will display (hopefully) for the logged in user, what their annual leave balance is. Only problem is, its looking at items not columns.

 

My plan is to have one item per staff member, with columns for entitlement, leave taken, leave remaining. That is what I want to see on their chart, not a comparison of the same column for each person (item).

Also, how do i make sure the logged in user is viewing their own balance (based on their SharePoint item), and not someone elses?

    you filter the data source with employee email column with logged in user email.
