My end goal is after the visitor submits the form then auto-notify the "contact person".
Below is my Microsoft form.
Below is my automated flow targeting to the above form.
Currently, the visitor has to enter the contact person full email address, then the flow will only send out the email.
This can be very challenging if every time visitors has to enter the contact person full email address.
So, I'm thinking, about whether can make it like a Shared Point request form. Please see the below attached for e.g.
Simply enter a few keywords of the contact person in the column, then the person display name will become out.
Choose the name then the system will send the email to the person.
We will set up a tablet at the reception counter, enrol the device by the company portal.
Create a generic account to sign in to the device, which is our tenant account.
I'm not sure if this can be done, will be grateful for any help you can provide.
