After setup CoE no data is collected

I have installed Center of Excellence according to instruction. It took me several times to complete because I am not tenant admin. I have installed core component and went through the "More Feature > Audit Log" Wizard. All the required flows are running and environment variables are all set.  The flow "Admin | Audit Logs | Sync Audit Logs (V2)" is running fine every 1 hour.  When I checked this flow history I can see audit log data so I believe the permission is good.

I checked the "Audit Log" table in solution is still empty.

 

My account do not have permission search audit log at https://compliance.microsoft.com/auditlogsearch However the App registration have been granted for "ActivityFeed.Read". 

 

What else I can check?
