Hi,

I am facing this problem with using camera control in Chrome browser on my laptop. Is there any solution out there to resolve this without resorting to Microsoft Edge (the camera control seems to work there)? Reason being i am using a development account and in Microsoft Edge I have difficulty signing out of my office account.

Hi @Boon-1 ,
I have put up with this for several months - occasionally it works on Chrome, but I just go to IE/Edge whenever I need to test a camera function in the App.

Still does not work - light is on, but just a white screen where preview should be. If taking a picture, all black.
