Hello, I enabled approvals on my sharepoint list. The approval card and notification on teams to approvers look and work great. What I couldn’t figure out and keep running into errors is the PA flow of sending an email once the List item is approved. I start the flow with trigger “when an item or file is created or modified” then I tried the start and wait for an approval action. This causes the approver to receive 2 approval requests. Then I tried with wait for an approval, it doesn’t work. Help me please on the right workflow to create.
