Hi community

Im wondering if someone can help me out here, i have setup my workflow as per documentation to post a notification to a teams chat and channel as FlowBot but everytime i run it the post appears to be from me the builder and owner of the workflow.

Anyone else experience this type of issue and any advice on what might be the issue or how i might resolve it ?

Hi

Apprecate your response but as i highlighted i have followed all the documented steps including first thing set the Post As to FlowBot, that is the problem when i set it up as this i still get the chat/channel post as myself.

The configuration of the post message in the flow is

Inputs are coming in via a form initiated by an end user, regardless of who initiates the form the posts are always coming in as my account which we are trying to avoid, we may have to go down the route of a service type account for the teams connection but i would like to understand if possible why FlowBot is selectable for me but does not seem to work at all.
