How to show attachments in SharePoint list from MS Forms?

So, I've been trying to create a flow where the attachment (certificate) is being extracted and shown on my desired sharepoint list, as an available file. However, when the attachment gets extracted the file name appears to be different and isn't available for a review. (Although the pdf attachments are successfully stored in a separate SharePoint library with their correct names).

I'm pretty sure something is not ok in my flow, therefore I'd appreciate if someone can take a look and help me to resolve my issue.

"here" refers to the question of the required attachment (certificate).

Results:

1. SharePoint list:

2. Library (works):

What I try to achieve is to replace that 'invalid' text under the 'Attachment' column with the actual attachment extracted from the MS Forms.

Thanks and best regards,

Mark

    Hi @Anonymous

You can create a HyperLink column and use the Link returned by ParseJson.

    Hi Levi,

    Thanks for your help.

Based on your input, I've been able to replicate your proposal and it's been working seamlessly.

However, instead of the attachment icon, how could I make the actual 'attachment' available, as a hyperlink? - So, people wouldn't need to click on the attachment icon, but open the attachment immediately. (I guess this is what I've been trying to do with the parse JSON but with no success so far).

Would you happen to know how to do that?

    Thanks and best,

    Mark

Re: How to show attachments in SharePoint list from MS Forms?

    Hi @Anonymous

The Attachments column is a built-in column in SharePoint list.
According to your screenshot, your Attachment column should be a column you created yourself instead of a built-in column.
If you want to use the Attachments column in the SharePoint list, you can find the Attachment column in it by selecting the Show or hide columns option in the add column.

The function of directly add attachment is not provided in Create item, you can add the action of Add Attachment.

Put Add Attachment in Apply to each.

The creation method is the same as your create file action.

For the id field, just select the dynamic content Id provided by Create item.

    Best Regards,

    Levi
