SQL trigger

Hello everyone

 

I created a flow in Power Automate which has the trigger "When item is modified" in sql table.

the problem I have is that the flow is triggered even when an element is added.

 

I want the flow to trigger only if an element is modified.
How can I resolve this problem?

    I'm not talking about this problem.

    For me the flow executes, but for the trigger "when a line is modified", the flow also executes when a new line is inserted.

    For me I want the flow to trigger only if a line is modified.
