Flow running without trigger

Hi All 

 

I have created a power automate cloud flow with trigger as when a row is added, modified, or deleted. 

but flow trigger every minute without adding/modified or deleted. how to correct this. can anyone help this.

    Please share screenshots of the entire flow, especially if there is any Action uses the same table as the trigger.
