Good day,

I need assistance on how to create a 3 stage approval Flow.

3 approvers: Line Manager - if Approve then to Business Unit MD - if Approve then Business Unit HR Manager and then email to Initiator and Update List with workflow status.

i can only get the 1st Start an Approval to work 😞

Any suggestions of what steps I need to follow - i no not want to use the GET MANAGER action.

Hi @Anonymous,

You can achieve this using a flow like this:

But you need to fill the To fields with correct email address. I do not know where are you planing to get these emails or you want them to be stationary ones?

Good day all,

I need to tell you how i got this to work for me.
A few things i have learned from this Flow.....
1. On the new Start an approval action - you need to select - Everyone from the assigned list option
When i used Custom value - i kept on getting errors

2. on the Condition Action - i had to choose - Resonse is equal to Approve (and this has to exactly the same as in the mail the approver will receive)

3. Sendiing an email to the Initiator/Creator of the Form - i had to choose Created by Email action

4. Also you can add another action with a Condition inside a Condition

4. This is what my 3 Approvers workflow looks like now and it works
