Comparing an ID from a Form to an ID in Excel table and send an e-mail

Hi there,

I`m trying to create this flow, but I`m facing some problems. The flow uses the following steps:

Flow1.jpgFlow2.png

When I run the flow that the CPF matches (Forms and Excel) an e-mail is sent properly. However, when the CPF doesn`t match the e-mail is not generated, although the flow displays a success message.

It`s worth mentioning that when the problem happens I`m not able to see the process in details.

To summarize, I need to check the CPF in both sources and send an e-mail either the CPF matches or not, the e-mails have different content.

I`ll be thankful if somebody could help me.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi @RobsonChaves

The issue here is that the "Apply to each" won't run because the Excel is not returning any row. I would investigate the "Listar linhas presentes en uma tabela" to see if there is data returned there.

    Cheers
    Manuel

Hi Manuel, thanks for answering 😉

Actually, there`ll be some occasions when the "Listar linhas presentes em uma tabela" will be empty, in this cases, I was hoping that the condition could be able to proceed using the "if no" option.

Do you have any suggestion to address this issue?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @RobsonChaves

To do that you need a "If" before the "Listar linhas" that counts the elements. If it's more than zero then you put all your actions inside that "branch". If not then you can create a new notification for that case only.

Makes sense? If you have questions please let me know and I'll help where I can.

    Cheers
    Manuel

    Hi Manuel, thanks for answering!

It didn`t work for me 😞

The result of the excel table is empty because there is a filter on it comparing the "CPF" filled in the Form to the "CPF" list saved in the Excel.

When the CPF from the Form doesn`t match with any CPF in the Table the result is [ ]. In these cases, I`m not able to send the message I wish. Have you handled any situation like this?
