I have used the power automate free subscription for 90 days. I will be leaving the organization soon. I don't want to cancel the subscription. When my subscription ends, do my colleagues lose the ownership of the flow that I granted through the subscription?
I have not encountered this for real yet, as we have a pretty steady team at my company and everyone has been here as long as I have. However, from my understanding, the other owners should not lose access. However, one of them will need update the credentials that the flow(s) runs under (I assume they are under under your credentials).
We have not implemented this yet, but we plan to create service accounts, and the workflows will run under the credentials of the service accounts and then as appropriate the necessary developers will be added as owners. This will avoid the need to update the credentials and we'll just need to change the service account password instead.
Our environments are currently not configured to allow for solutions, but solutions are supposed to make updating or changing credentials easier.
We'll see what others have to say.
